Everything on this site is general information about the support we provide. It is not medical, clinical, legal or financial advice, and reading it does not create a provider relationship between us. Never delay seeking advice from a qualified professional because of something you read here.

If this is an emergency, call 911. Do not use this website, the contact form or the chat assistant to report an emergency or an urgent change in someone's condition. Those are not monitored around the clock.

The assistant on this site follows a fixed script written by us. It is not a clinician and it does not give advice about care. It cannot accept health information, and you should not type any into it. Anything you send through it reaches our team the same way a contact form does, and a person replies.
